Dr. Roger Jansen is a licensed clinician, healthcare executive, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in healthcare strategy, innovation, and organizational leadership. As CEO of Exponential Health, he is helping reshape healthcare through preventative care, transparent pricing, and patient-centered solutions.

With a PhD in Psychology specializing in neuroscience, Roger has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at a major health system. He has also founded two technology-based startups, ThinkWise and KidTelligent.
